Your Contract
By signing a Contract with Jackgreen, you are committing to Jackgreen as a small retail customer, on the basis that you use less than 160 Mega Watts per hour (MWh) of electricity each year. Your Contract consists of the Retail Supply Agreement and accompanying Terms & Conditions.
How does Jackgreen’s Electricity Negotiated Customer Supply or Market Contract differ from a Standard Customer Supply Contract or Market Contract?
Jackgreen’s Electricity Negotiated Customer Supply Contract or Market Contract (Contract) differs from a Standard Customer Supply Contract (or Market Contract) in a number of ways.

Variation of charges |
Charges paid by you: Your rates are benchmakred against the regulated standard customer supply contract for your network area. |
Customers are notified of the varied charge by a notice published in a newspaper circulating throughout NSW or in the customer’s area and on the supplier’s website or by notice to the customer if the customer is part of a particular group affected by the variation. |

Cooling off |
You have a cooling off period of 10 business days after the Contract is entered into during which you may terminate without incurring any early termination or disconnection fees. |
You may terminate at any time without incurring any early termination or disconnection fees. |
You can terminate your Contract without penalty within 10 business days after you sign the Retail Supply Agreement. This is your Cooling Off Period. To terminate your Contract in this way you must give Jackgreen written notice within the Cooling Off Period.
The Retail Supply Agreement states the period of your Contract. If the Contract is terminated after the Cooling Off Period, but before the end of the period of your Contract, you may have to pay us an early termination fee and/or possibly an early disconnection fee.
